Wow, didn't think I'd be starting this at this time of day.

I got in a good 8.5 miles on the trail going nice and easy. I'm about ready now, I think :)

2:40 ride @ z2 mostly, about 43 miles. Was on trails and busy so not so fast. But got a nice 4 mile segement averaging 24mph. That felt good. Slight decline and a slight wind on my back, but I'll take it. Low z4, felt good.

6 mile run late this morning/early this afternoon.

Mostly z1 and z2, with a mile in zn3 at the end.

48 mile solo ride - Murphy's law of beach riding. If you're only riding one direction, you'll pick the one against the wind. Still - pleasant late afternoon/twilight ride. Getting darker earlier....

Found a new pool, which makes me very excited. It's the time swimming outside in over a year. 1250... I'm put sure that's more than I've done since before the two car accidents. Yay!

Outdoor pools close on Or before Labor Day here. But this one will stay open because their indoor pool is being sealed. The only downside is the lanes are kind of narrow, so when I was sharing a lane, I ended up scraping my knuckles on the wall. Still nice to be outside!
