Hi all!

Just wanted to let you know that I've been lazy with logging etc. I'm still here, drop in form time to time, etc.  It is like "logging" overload in general and work is much more busy now than it used to be.

All good, AdCo. I go through similar periods. I try to keep the thread going by at least logging in to report workout in the daily bread thread. Don't feel obligated to read and respond to everyone. Log your workout and be done. Because then when you have time, you can go back easily. I find I do have more time when I'm at least still plugged in to the forum.
