Have a great run all you Boston runners.  I guess technically you are not running on the weekend, but close enough.  You've trained long and hard, time for the payoff.

Good luck to all other racers out there.  I'm racing NOLA 70.3.  I don't suppose anyone here is going to be down there, if so let me know!

Based on my training, I'm not sure I'm "racing" but I'll be doing the Race :)

In Massachusetts, Monday is a holiday so technically it's a 3-day weekend.  So, you're right on.  Good luck at NOLA!

EmCo: Apologies for missing it, as you surely listed it somewhere, but where will you be on the course?

In Newton, on Comm Ave and between mile 20 and Centre St.

She was on the median side last year.

I should be right around there, on the median side (way less crowded).

Thanks all. Sue I saw your crew at the post race. Thor, my original goal was to swim under 34, bike under 2:25 and run under 1:35. Overall in the 4:30s. Despite no swim i was close. The knew only hurt on my 8 of the run but i shook it off. I was actually real aggressive and started out running 7min/miles, and that lasted for about 5 miles then reality hit. Little more run training I think i could have held it. Didn't stick around for roll down slots. I'm happy with the bike, i went pretty hard for that bike split and still happy i could run well.
