Had to work today (thank goodness I can work remotly), so got that done and then a 4.4 mile run in an hour, w/ 3xhill sprints on a very hilly course. Stiff and sore from yesterday's efforts. With today, I've now run more in 2 days than I have in prior 4 weeks. Oh wait, yesterday I did that :D So today I about doubled it again. It felt fine but I'm glad tommorow is a ride.

FIB Mastermind with the kids, funny movie!

4.6miles with DH and SIL.

Then six us of tackled to take down the swingset, in 25F weather (windchill: probably close to 10F?).  Yeah we had to choose this coldest day of the year to do that.  Took us 2hrs 40min.  Now that is where my son's vegetable garden will go.

5 mile run this morning then spent the rest of the day vegging & napping on the couch. I don't do that near as often as I should....

I hear ya, Hobey - sounds like a good day. We all 3 swam this morning, then cleaned the house and napped. A little yard work for some fresh air at the end of the day.

8 mile run for me today, then attempted (read failed) to remove a horrible virus from my mom's laptop.  Looks like it's going to have to be the nuclear option, assuming she can locate her Windows installation discs.

Now it's Thanksgiving Number Two.  Hooray!

5 mile run early this morning. Cold and wet with globs of snow falling from the sky. Or maybe it was slush. Something like that. Hammy very tight.
