I don't know if this counts or not. I have always run for time. 1 minute of walking to 3 minutes of running or 10 minutes of running or 30 minutes of running or whatever. I'm just starting back and found my track running last week extremely frustrating because of the directional rules of our indoor track.
Today I basically ran a lap and walked a lap for 3 miles. I know that I did way more running than usual. I think I might just try this from now on because I have to change direction whether I'm jogging or walking and it wasy way easier to figure out when I had done 3 miles.
So does a new type of runnign workout count? It's not yoga or anything but it isn't my norm.
2011 - This year is about the journey to December 31, 2011, not how soon the number on the scale satisfies me.
