Ok sports fans here we go

The first event/activity:

Write out your weight management goals for the next 7 weeks.


NB: I will upload the the rest of the calendar sometime today. Things have been crazy here at home and the office.

For those that don't know that calendar will be posted in the calendar section. On the lower right, click on the drop down button and choose Maintain Campaign.

MP, I'm in the same boat. I'm hoping that when the calendar is posted I'll be able to figure it out. (That is, unless someone out there can shed some light).

The calendar is up - if you go to the main Kickrunners page, click on Calendars, then in the lower-right, select the Maintain Campaign calendar.

I think you just need to report your points to a team captain, who will e-mail or PM them to Cappy.

You get points for whatever the daily item is, plus 10 points daily for every day that you exercise for at least 20 minutes.

Do I have that right, Cappy?

And each day there will be a thread to report on the day's activities. Depending on what they are, it's interesting to see people's results. Like for example, one day is to try a new activity at the gym, new class, new DVD, something you haven't done before and then report on how it went. I think there's a day to healthy up a recipe and share that also. I forget what a lot of the activities are.

Cappy will probably start the threads because he's up so darn early.

So this isn't like the VRAA? I just wanted a place where it was like the VRAA and we posted our totals and stuff like this. I don't even have a weight lifting program that I can modify and half the other things on this calendar.
