Right before I got pregnant, I was running regularly and ran my first 1/2 marathon the month before finding out about our little surprise! The baby will be turning 1 next week and I finally feel like I can get back into a routine and want to get that runner's high back! Help! I downloaded the couch to 5k plan but was wondering if anyone knew of another plan out there for a not-so-beginner, but still out-of-shape mommy. ?? Thanks a lot!

The C25K program is always great for getting going again. If it seems too easy for you, maybe just modify as needed by tacking on a few more minutes to each run, or as you feel like you can? Having at least a little guideline will help you judge where you are at, and help you figure out where you want to be. Good luck with it!
