5.5 miles for me this morning but was planning 6. Tripped on a sidewalk this morning on my normal route. But I was running a different line than normal and never even saw the raised section. It was up probably 3". Went down hard and skinned my hands and knees up again. Sucks to get old. Interestingly one of the younger woman runners ran by me within literally a couple feet and never saw me. I told her later she needed to be more aware of her surroundings as she was running alone.
Will get another run tonight so I can have 10 for the day.
not sure when i'll be able to run again . . . our air quality is in the unhealthy to very unhealthy range due to smoke settling into our valley from a huge wildfire to the north of us. depending on winds, we are either getting smoke from the fire north, or from the california fires to the south. blech.
