have been

a new series of stretches

I found in a 1906 book called ''Exercising in Bed''

you scoff, check it out,

quite a few moves I wouldn't have thought of, and it targets the hip area

from angles that seem to be ''hip-friendly''

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

...I would, however, suggest you skip the Liver Exercises......

.........good running guys

.....nothing takes the place of persistence.....

TW, that book is hilarious!  And yes, there are a few good ideas in it.  Thanks for posting the link.

Hi KS!

3.5 miles on the TM before work, with a couple of 1/4 mile pick-ups.  Felt wonderful!

Enjoy your day everyone!

Hi everybody

Heading out to Rockport Illinois for a 10k on friday followed by a 25k on saturday morning.  After that, I will drive to mid Michigan for an 8 mile trail race.  I may be crawling by sunday morning but I'll see how it goes.  If I have any chance to "race", it will be on friday night.  After that, I know my ankle will be sore the rest of the time.  After this weekend, I only have two more trail races left and the series will be over.
