3.5 miles on the TM before work, with a couple of 1/4 mile pick-ups. Felt wonderful!

Heading out to Rockport Illinois for a 10k on friday followed by a 25k on saturday morning. After that, I will drive to mid Michigan for an 8 mile trail race. I may be crawling by sunday morning but I'll see how it goes. If I have any chance to "race", it will be on friday night. After that, I know my ankle will be sore the rest of the time. After this weekend, I only have two more trail races left and the series will be over.
