30s Spring 2015 Weight Loss Challenge
OK 30s (and 30s wannabes), it's time!
I hopped on the scale this morning at the dermatologist's office while waiting for the PA to come into the exam room. As expected, I have gained back a teeny bit of the weight I had lost, but I'm still down 8-9 pounds overall so I am OK with it.
STARTING WEIGHT - 155 as of this morning
GOAL WEIGHT - I will be happy with 145-147
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN - more variety in my workouts, incorporate biking and swimming back in, less junk in my diet (boo on that last one, which will be the hardest by far... I do love my sweets)
I also want to pick a triathlon or two to train for. Maybe one in June and one in August.
Who's in? And what is our end date? Want to go until Memorial Day?
