I hope you guys (or you'uns, for official southern speak) are all having a great day, and have exciting things going on for the upcoming weekend!
Running: It's been minimal for me. That glute/hammy issue is still present, though I must say.. doing self-administered PT exercises at home is helping a tiny bit. I can't tell much difference when I run a whopping 3 miles, but in bodypump, when we've been down on the bench for chest or tri work, the way I get up is to bring the right leg up, mostly straighten it, and then drop it down in a hurry, sort of using it as a lever to pop the rest of my body up. Before, that process would always cause the area in question to tighten up. Now? Not so much.
I will go ahead and talk to the PT folks though and start heading back to them. Luckily the same company that I went to before (and was quite pleased with) just opened a new office in town. They're maybe 12 miles away now. Yeehaw!
