Work, probably knitting tonight, pots and quilt binding tomorrow (and lets be honest, some big naps) and hopefully a kiln firing. Concert sunday night at the park. Not sure what all else.
Glad to hear Megan is back to true form!
Today is the last day of vacay for me so I sent AK to daycare so I can finish running errands...like getting my teeth cleaned. Heh. Well, I also plan on getting a pedi and going for a short run so at least that's fun-ish.

Morning all! Had some anxiety-filled dreams last night so when I arrived at CF this morning I was expecting the worst... turned out pretty OK for shitty sleep. Main portion of the workout was 21-15-9 reps each of power cleans and handstand push-ups (which equals humbling biz)
Tonight I rage with the bookclubbers! Well, rage might be strong... good food, good wine, good company.

hi guys- I've been swaped at work recently but wanted to say hi. Personally I think this summer is going by way too fast and it makes me sad! Anyone have any fun trips scheduled? I think we may do a long weekend in Cabo or something but not until fall. I'm a little leery of going anywhere in Mexico these days, but Cabo is a short flight from here and SEEMS relatively safe- but who knows.
I'm on day 5 of no dairy, gluten, soy, sugar or alcohol- trying to burst through a plateau. My jeans are a tiny bit looser today so that's good.

Rest day for me today, thank goodness! Going away party for a coworker tonight and dh's family reunion tomorrow. May have some extra calories to burn off this weekend

Afternoon 30's. I ran 4.19 slow and did weights. my body is really tired because I have been pushing myself lately so I think I am taking a total rest day tomorrow and go for a longish run on Sunday. I think I can safely say that my shoulder is back to 100% and I can tell during my chest workouts.'
