I use 4 egg whites, 1/2 c. oats, about a 1/4 c. water, 2 packets of Equal (or you can use the stuff that measures like sugar and do like 2 T.), a dash of cinnamon and a dash of salt.
I whip it all together with a spoon for like 30 seconds til the eggs get "full or frothy". Then, I let it sit while I put on my make-up so the oats can soak up the water a bit. Then I pour it into an omellette pan sprayed with PAM cooking spray. Let it cook on one side til it is lightly browned and then flip.
I use spray butter and low sugar syrup. Or if I had a longer run before hand I top it with PB. The pancake itself is HUGE and only 222 calories
