I'm getting better, a little better all the time...
Finally regaining energy and consistently getting out there. Doing a run/walk program to be safe coming back and hope to be at about 3 miles running in a week and a half. If I get there with no problems I'll start creeping up the mileage. Maybe a fall half marathon instead of the full I was hoping for.
