Um wow. I SKIPPED ONE DAY ANT THAT?????
I feel bloated and like I've gained 10 lbs since 2 days ago. I've been eating mostly healthy so that's not even possible... it went slow. Calf hurts and I'm Lima beaning it right now. Ankle is tired. I thinkit's the paraneal tendon. I just need to strengthen it up. I had the same problem in college.
Oh well, the good news is I ran the whole thing and only stopped a couple times.
The bad news is that it never felt good, well it was ok, but not like it was 2 days ago.
Maybe it's from the gas
. No mor fish for lunch.
gah! I wanted it to go better today.
Tomorrow's another day.
3.25 miles again.
Did I mention I now have a shin splint on one leg?
