Actually - "Private Messaged" me. My brother sent me a pm last weekend.. Offered me his 'old bike'.. Now mind you - his "Old Bike" is only like 5000% better than ANY bike I've ever owned! He's BIG into Biking.

Said I could have it. Of course he gave it to me with a stipulation (NOTHING is FREE!) - but this stipulation was.. I had to USE IT!... SO, that got me thinking, you know.. a free bike of that caliper - that's gotta be my mojo knocking.

I've answered - and to make sure Mr. Mojo doesn't leave, I went out and purchased a new Garmin 305. How does that keep Mr. Mojo here? Now, I've 'invested'.. I've spent money. And I normally don't 'waste' money. A commitment by my brother to invest by giving me a bike he surely could have sold was enough of a 'motive' to get me to match his investment (though his bike is worth more than my 305)... Now.. i gotta do it.

I have to get up and run. I'll have to ride the bike regularly because he'll ask.. no.. he'll be a ROYAL PAIN IN MY ASS until I'm riding as regular as he does.

So.. Mr. Mojo - you knocked; I answered; and now I've paid to keep you around. 6:15am tomorrow, I'll be lacing up my shoes - putting on my new "Anal Retentive" Garmin 305 and hitting the bricks.. Oh, and I will be able to use the running log here. Figure since I've now paid for it, I should use the damned thing!

oh.. and now that I have a garmin.. I gotta get our development guy to add 'garmin' capability to our log! gotta feed my Anal Retentiveness ya know...

you get garmin capability on this log, and i'll sponsor the site. i just got a 205, only to find out that a 405 just came out and is absoutley sleek and stylish. But the equipment is nice, the manual is a must read though. There are so many bells and whistles to it. Good luck on ur bike riding.

Garmin capability is on our list. As we add sponsors, we're paying down our debt on the log (1/2 paid for so far). From there, we've added four new modules to the Running Log work schedule. The Garmin Capability is on the list - but will be the last added. Three other modules are before that one.

We'll pay for the modules as we get them completed - so not sure when it will be added - will really depend on how well we do paying for our current log and new modules.

(I'd LOVE for us to have garmin capability now that I have one !)
