Hi guys,
Can you tell me what equipment is a necessity to successfully be able to do the p90X workouts at home? I poked around on beachbody.com but didn't want to stay on their too long since I had to click past the Websense filter to get there...

Lisa, you need a pull-up bar, yoga mat, and dumbbells or resistance bands.

All of a sudden I just realized that this program paid for itself with 90 days of not eating out and not buying booze.

Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

Hey guys. At the moment I am too lazy to post after pictures here, so here's a link to the team beach body thread I put my photos in. Page 96, bottom of the page:

I did plyo today and ab ripper.

the PRT is not somewhere to drop my morals and ethics and roll in the mud and muck and pretend those I am talking to aren't really people at all and it's alright to treat them like dirt.

It's been a week since I finished, and I am feeling a bit at a loss, to be honest. Now that I don't "have to" do the workouts, I'm having a hard time motivating myself to get them done. I'm going to talk to mr jebba about starting another round at the end of this month.

Does anyone have experience with the p90x plus dvds or the Insanity dvds? I like the idea of Insanity, but I get most of my cardio already from running.

Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

Ooh, I have lots to share on this. I'm running off to a meeting, but I'll be back later to talk about Insanity! LOVE IT!

Where is everyone in their program? I am starting round 2 on Saturday. This time, I'm going to sub out YogaX for something shorter (Rodney Yee's Yoga for Athletes, most likely), and I am skipping kenpo altogether in favor of an extra speed day.

Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

I am 3 weeks into the P90 (boot camp) program and so far I really like it. the nice thing is that I can already turn off tony and play motivational music.

I promise to move on to p90x when I am back to a good running weight kids.

and yes, I read this whole thread and it was very motivational.

Jebba's butt is spunkifiable.

I start cussing at the farm animals as I pass. Really, punk cow? Now you wanna race? WTF where you the first 10 miles? That's right, you were sitting on your ass chewing some cud. lazy POS......refinnej
