So, I started working on front lever and planche progressions (http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode3/229/) after scratch linked to them a while back and I'm getting good results.

I added in planks last night (no movement, just get there and hold for as long as I can).

What else you got in that vein? Maybe I'm headed for Yoga poses?

Handstand
Side plank - just like plank with one hand (or elbow) on the ground and the other reaching for the sky.
Headstand/forearm stand/scorpion pose

I'm not a yoga guy but some of those last are definitely yoga poses.
