Will most likely miss my swim workout today.

12 mile bike = 18 points

2 mile run = 8 points

4 minutes stretching in the shower = 1 point

TOTAL so far = 27 points for Magnificent 7

Another supremely wonderful morning run ... Lots of sun, cooler than last week, plenty of friends out to say "Hello" ... No real NEED to run through the sprinklers, but I did so anyway, just for fun!!! Oh my, that water was cold!!!

mid-day: 1:15 physical therapy = 15 points

PM: 2.75 miles walking (home from work) = 11
