26 minutes alternate (squats, pushups, abs, lunges, dips, etc) = 5 points

TOTAL so far = 17 points

let me get this thing started.

 

2700 meter swim for 27 point - Team 2

 

Lunch time run later in the heat.  Yaeh!

 

Lunch time run complete - 6.75 miles for 27 points

 

1 mile walk with DW this evening

 

58 points on the day!
