So far today:
1.5 mile walk
2.15 mile run
15 points Team One - Carpe Mojo!
And remember, there are some folks going on vacations where they will be lacking internet access, so the points may take a big jump when they return and are able to post points. I just don't want anyone to call shenanigans on that. Okey doke?
6 mile run for me this morning - 24 points for team 2
Big day 1 for me-
4.25 mi run + .25 warm up and 5 min. stretching= 19 pts
50 min. spin class (I was late!)= 17 pts.
30 mins. weight training= 6 pts
Total- um... carry the 1.. subtract 3... 42 pts! (right??) for team 1!
I am one of those who will be away from the computer for a bit (leaving Thurs for Paris with students). I won't have my actual computer, but if the hotel has wifi, I'll try to update via my iphone! We come back June 18th.
2 mile run, .25 mile walk. Just don't have it in me to do my PT exercises at home. Eh, maybe my mojo will return tomorrow....
