I'm in, but will be on vacation next week and might have to play catch up on logging points when I return.

Sigh. Count me in. Bad Ass. And I am not going to feel bad if I go over (because I'll be biking), or I go under, since I'm so **** fat I can't run anymore.

Bad Ass.

No Captain.

I didnt say it but you can count me as a titanium and no captain as I will be traveling quite a bit this round if those dates stand.

Sure, I'm in.  Is Super Mega the level where you score approximately 200-275 points per week?  If so, that's me.  Whatever I was last time.   smile.gif

BGH,

Have you PMd some of the usual suspects? Several of them seemed to want/need a PM when the next round is a-comin'

Guess they can't be bothered with reading VRAA every day.

I'm in - around the 120 to 130 pt range (mega badass).  Too bad I can't count my half marathon this past Sunday, but if we run it through July 5 I'll be able to count the Peachtree Road Race.

I'm in.  My exercise has been teh suck lately!  I can't access the VRAA info, but I suspect I will be scoring in the 150-200 point range.  I think that makes me a mega badass?

Also, I'm running a Ragnar Relay on June 17-18.  Three legs over the course of 2 days.  How many race bonus points can I claim for that?

Fine, put me in as BAIT. That way there's no pressure to perform and I won't worry about disappointing anyone. Physical therapy sessions count as alt, right?

Nadra, have fun at Ragnar! By the looks of your profile picture, this won't be your first... I did my first last month, had a blast! Oh, and I'd say you get a race bonus for each of your three legs. Right, commish??

Yes 5 points for each leg you run.

I was also asking about whether physical therapy would count as alt, since I'm doing range of motion exercises (and strength to come later). Obviously I wouldn't count the time I sit there icing my shoulder....
