3 miles and 2 alt workout this morning, catch up logging of 2 miles and 2 alt workout from yesterday and Tuesday for team chickfila

Yoga class this morning for 18 points, Team Chick-Fil-A.

 

Group tempo workout is late this afternoon, but it's been pouring buckets on and off all day, with thunderboomers looming. Will the workout be canceled??

Well it rained and it poured... and eventually it cleared up, so the workout was on. 5.25 miles for 21 more points.

Track workout for me too.

 

5 miles total = 20 points

15 minutes stretching = 3 points

TOTAL = 23 points for the Chicks
