3.25 mile run = 13 points

30 minutes alt stuff (squats, plyometrics, plank, dips, pushups, etc.) = 6 points

TOTAL = 19 points for Chick Fil A

Letting my foot rest today.  60 min cardio + 30 min strength/stretching = 26 points for team 1.  

 

Sorry team, I thought I'd be running more.  Damn foot.

17 mile bike = 26 points (we round up, right?)

25 minutes stretching, foam rolling, and squats = 5 points

TOTAL = 31 more points for the Chicks
