Driving rain;15-18 kt winds; roads awash to the point that I really had no shoulder to run on, forcing me eith down the middle or onto people's lawns ... what a day!!!

Sad sighting by the side of the road, however; heartbreaking really. I'm used to seeing deer, possums, raccoons, the occassional fox, beaver or muskrat. But this poor thing was once part of someone's family. The boys and girls probably spent hours and hours playing with him [her?] To just leave a skateboard by the side of the road like that, with two wheels missing ... like I said: heartbreaking

I'm sure "8 minutes stretching on the pool deck" would have been a lot more if it were outside, sunny, warm and in a predominantly Spanish-speaking locale, with an icy and fruity rum-based beverage nearby
Is anyone from this round running Boston?
Salt Lake Half Marathon this morning, 2:20. If you don't count the 8 minutes I had to wait in line for the port-a-john, I ran about what I was aiming for.
13.1 mi run = 52 pts

Sheer laziness on my part but I did the treadmill for 7 miles today rather than running outside. And got 15 min of weights in.
