My last weekday lunchtime run for a while, so I wanted to make the most of it [considering I had a 1:00 meeting to dial into, and then another at 2:30, so I couldn't go terribly long].
Using my "10-minutes per mile covers running PLUS cool down" formula, I gave myself five miles today.
I timed the last mile in such a way that I only had to "stand there looking pissed" for the 7-second yellow light, instead of the full red; a litle TOO quick actually, as I had planned to reach the crossing just as the stoplight turned green
