I am checking in.

usually, yes. I'm coming back from injury and currently only running in the 60s per week. But I'll be running 70+ within a few weeks.

right now: 7 - 9. usually: over 10, and I'll be back there within a few weeks.

Q1 - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh, God, I'm cryin' here!

No.

Q2 - lately, none. Except for being on my feet eight hours a days pushing a med cart around. My biceps and thumbs are toned, baybee! This is a way to kick-start my oft-postponed resolve to start running REGULARLY again. I can probably manage two miles a day 5 days a week to start. And don't forget, I won the prize for the slowest 5k recorded during the last VRAA. 50 minutes, as I recall.

Doh! Sorry so late.

Not over 70 mpw.

I need to make a new 6-8 hpw category.

NOPE

Q2: What is your average exercise volume per week?
- 7-9 hours

And this thread makes me feel bad. sad.gif I miss the 15 hours a week of exercise. But for now, it's around only 7-8 hours a week total exercise.

"only" 7-8 hours?? If people only did 1/2 that, obesity wouldn't exist!! Anything over 10 hours is a little excessive, anyway, 15 hours is kinda freaky in my opinion. I think the whold idea with a game like this is to squeeze in that extra 15 minutes that you didn't think you could for some people, do to time constraints, or that 15 minutes that we didn't think we could. For me, I'm hoping it's getting in that 15 minutes of core training more frequently.

Oh, as long as we have the diets we do, obesity would exist. I managed to stay 20-25 lb over my goal weight while working out like that. At 3.5 hours a week I'm sure I could manage obesity. Mmm, food. wink.gif
I wasn't working at the time I was exercising 15 hours a week. It's a lot harder with school and working.

My weekly mileage varies. I run on a 4 days on, 1 day off schedule with a routine that looks something like this:

10.5 miles (usually hill repeats or speedwork)
5 miles
16 miles.
3.4 miles
off
REPEAT

My weekly mileage probably averages in the 50s.

I also do an exercise routine for 1-2 hours at night doing things like pushups, situps, leg lifts, etc.

Thanks for doing this roots.
