Rich -

When I re-wrote the updated version of C25K, I didn't get around to coming up with a snappy title, most people still refer to it as C25K, which I guess is fine in itself, but there seem to be a lot of other C25K plans running around the Internet these days -

So, this weekend, while finally getting some running together of my own - long injury lay off (seems to have been the story of my life these last few years, must ge getting old or something!) - I had a flash of Inspiration - A rarity!

The Beginners programme for 5K should have a Name - and this is what I came up with - "Kick Start!" - Seems to cover exactly what it says on the time, It comes from Kick, and its The Start Programme -

What's your thoughts? Seems to give it an identity to match the site.... Can we add it to the Programme as a Header?

Anyway, good to report that I still get a fair few emails directly from folk using teh site as their starting point, and the traffic must be reasonable - I must get back to being more regular postings myself - lack of running and motivation has seen me away far too long - Seeing Henrun hit 75 and prepare for Boston has got me itching to get back into it, even if I am still nowhere near 75!

Hope all is well,

Liam
