I didn't get on the scale, but I did have a healthy breakfast, a decent lunch, and am cooking a good dinner. Oh and I threw out the chips.
I am still on track with food, will have to resist the call of the mall tonight during retail job. That had me completely off track the last two weeks.
Successfully resisted the call of the mall last night and have resisted the free pop available at the store.
I am beginning to think the key is the pop.
Maybe, I don't know. I bring my huge 4 cup water bottle with me and feel great and the scale is usually good. I drink a pop and I seem to want more yucky food. I'm ok with water, but I might try a lemonade or something when I am feeling the need for flavour.
