At least it didn't go up. This is getting boring.
I am back at around 140. UGH
I *was* having a stellar week. Until yesterday apparently. This morning I am up, and I don't know why, because, in my mind, yesterday, I did nothing wrong.
I did drink a lot of water, but, c'mon. It's water, and it should be gone by now. I didn't eat anything salty.
The only thing I did was NOT run. But, frankly, I need the rest. I did go to the gym to lift though, so it's not like I was sedentary.
