ok, so what is up is it the diet or the exercise? 


2011 - This  year is about the journey to December 31, 2011, not how soon the number on the scale satisfies me.

So what is one small thing you can change this week.  Water? Veggies? Active activity with family?

Work. That stress is causing the issue. I have several really pressing things going on. If I can get past them, I can focus more on being healthy.

Truth is, there will be more stressful things too, after I get past these ones, they will never stop of course, but maybe I'll be able to manage them better next time.
