Words can't even describe it. I think I'm still in vacation mode, but this is crazy.
Gotta get back on that horse or all that hard work will have been for nothing.
Running is very tough, it's too hot. I might have to move inside. I can't even run after dark. Maybe, maybe at 5 AM or something.
The bike is broken too. That was always an alternative to running when it was hot, but...not now.

Up two lbs or so. Hard to tell with different scales. I was down 4 lbs on vacation and feel like I blew it the last 3 days. Dinner out with family, travelling all day, more dinner out with different family.
I am supposed to eat mexican for lunch today, lord give me the strength to order the salad and not the burrito that I dearly love.
Weather is ugly, don't want to walk in the rain, don't want to pay $8.30 to walk at the indoor track or use the treadmill for $8.30.
At least I am down the 2 lbs that I was when I got home from vaca and am back under 140.
