Getting closer. Although I've been hovering at 165-166-167 all week. I was a bit disappointed I was 165 today. I expected 164.
ESPECIALLY since after my run last night I was 165. And I had two glasses of water after that, then went to bed.
Anyway, the quest continues. I expect it to be more difficult now.
And, I'll probably keep on going to 155 instead of 160.
On a BETTER note...last night's run (my "standard" 4.1 miler), I ran the entire time, as in, no walk breaks. Although the time wasn't very good, and 10 minutes (so about 3 min/mile) slower than my best time on that run ever, I haven't run the whole thing without walking since
(hmmm...looking up old records) Feb 2009. And that was really sucky back then.
Hey congrats on the loss and the running accomplishment!!!! So impressed! I was 137.8 this morning so not my lowest since January, but at least it was something other than 139.

So weird with the scale that reads in increments of 1/10th of a pound. That would probably make me crazy.
Had a bad night last night. Daughter's "graduation" from Middle School. Lots of food, etc. Didn't get to exercise either.
Well to be honest it only measures in 2/10's of a pound, but sometimes when you are sitting at 140.2, it keeps you extra motivated to see the 139.
Only thing i really don't like about the rain (in the summer, at least) is the water dripping off the brim of my hat. In the spring/fall, of course, I don't like the cold rain too much..at all.
I think I forgot to check in last week!
This week on Monday I was 182 but I am already back down to 180 so I am pretty much at my goal weight. I know I will fluctuate around that weight depending on what I do over the weekend etc etc etc.
I hope everyone else is doing well with watching their calories and working hard.
