So where is everybody? Using Memorial Day as a lame excuse?

Well, here's my TERRIBLE numbers.

Starting Weight: 204

Last Week: 170
Today: 172
Gain/Loss: +2
Total Loss: -32

Goal: 160 (or so)


Now, a lot of this is post-party bloat and will go down. I mean, yesterday afternoon I was 167. Now I'm 172? I can believe that some of it might "stick" (until I work it off), but 5 pounds in one evening?

Some of that is going to go away fast, I hope, in the first few days. Although, it won't all go away, so it is a bit of a backward slide.

And the gym is closed today, and I didn't get any workout in yesterday (although I sure did sweat a lot while working in the garden).

The numbers are the numbers, and they're going in my record book.

Ah well, keep plugging along, I guess.

I started a thread and it disappeared and then I typed in this thread and IT disappeared.  I think I am not meant to update...

 

Starting weight 143.4

Last week 137

this week 139.

 

Bad week for stress eating.  By saturday I had gained 4 lbs, went for walk, and then mildly sprained my ankle, so I am looking at another week at least of no exercise.  Too bad as I had planned on buying new running shoes thrusday afternoon, but I don't think I will be ready to test them out on the stores treadmill.  Hopefully I can hit submit before this message disappears.


2011 - This  year is about the journey to December 31, 2011, not how soon the number on the scale satisfies me.

Good Morning,

 I was a total slug on Sunday and Monday due to TS Beryl.  I spent the past 2 days watching TV and reading books.

 

But on the plus side.

 

 

Starting weight 207
Last week 181
This week 180. 
Goal: 180. 
 
So I guess I can say mission accomplished.  Now I have to keep it off, or at least within a couple of pounds of that.

Yippee, congrats, now for finding that maintenance balance.
