Last week 143.4

This week 139.8

Total Lost 3.6.  Ok, so that is a good jump start and I am back into the 130's by a smidge, so now the hard work happens 10 more lbs to get into the 120's.    The teens seem so so far away.

I think the walking helps, I feel a lot better, though I am not sleeping at all better.

I have the meal plan for the week done and the grocery list finished.

Yucky rain will probably mean no walk today or one very short one, hopefully it will lighten up sometime before my dinner company comes over.

Starting weight 207
Last week 187 (I think)
This week 186.
Goal: 180.

All I can confirm is that I was NOT below 185 when I stepped on the scale this morning.  It was another horrible weekend for watching what i eat and drink.  I know for a fact that several times last week when I stepped on the scale, that I was down near 182, BUT, I just sat there and ate everything in sight, and not much of it was healthy on Saturday and Sunday.

Nice job on dropping weight Willrun.

Starting Weight: 204

Last Week: 179
Today: 175
Gain/Loss: -4
Total Loss: -28

Goal: 160 (or so)

So, I managed to lose some weight. While it sure looks good, a four pound loss, I went UP 3 pounds last week, so, it's not that great. And, like the Boiler, I was down lower last week. I was 174 at one point. It seems that every time I hit a new "low", I go mess it up with a lot of random eating.

But, at least it went down. Hope for a decent week. When I hit 174, I will no longer, according to the charts, be "overweight". I still sure as **** have a big gut.

Ah you two are living where I was 3 months ago when I got to 135, even though I want to lose way more weight than that, being so close to the 10 lb mark made me think I could relax a bit.  Relaxation meant an 8 lb gain quicker than you can say Rumplestilskin.

Hi, my name is Willrun4chocolate, and I am an emotional eater.  I just finished a 70 calorie fudgecicle.  Now I am going for a walk, so that when I get home it will be time for a nice healthy chicken wrap.

On the good news, a cheque arrived in my mailbox today and it is enough to cover new running shoes.

Scales of decisions, running shoes vs. the 6 month emergency fund.  Sigh.

I walked a full 5K today, completely by accident, took a right turn because I knew I wanted to walk a bit further than usual, and aim for an hour, and then I just kept heading east with no through roads to get me back going north, so when I finally found one, got home and entered it into Map My Runs, it was exactly 5.01 km.

I now have a nice running route when I start running again.

5km, 1100 calories, and not even a 0.2 drop in the scale.  Seriously?  I am sure the people upstairs heard me say "you have got to be kidding me" through the fan/vent this morning.

Oh well, it will come, there is lots of weight to lose and plenty of time.  Almost funny 3 hours later, not so funny this morning as I stepped on the scale with anticipation.

Hey guys.  Sorry I didn't report in earlier.  My wieght has been all over the place.  Last week, I had a 2 pound gain, and then they disappeared after a couple of days.  Then my weight went down, only to jump back up on Sunday.  And then this morning it is down again.  So my weight has gone from 106.8 a week and a half ago, to a clearly not real 103 this morning.

Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

I feel as you do. It's been going all over the place. it didn't help that I had (and still have) jury duty, so I can't exactly get a decent meal. Or, get a meal at all, because I refuse to pay the exorbitant prices at the "snack bar" at the courthouse, and the restaurants around the area are pricey.

Hopefully that will all end today. I hope I don't get on a trial.

Hey, I am on day 3 of no change, but I am sure that is all going to change on Sunday so I am not fretting.  Yesterday I walked 5 km and another 2.5 km.  Felt really goood.

Same here. No change (in the morning) for three days. I'm holding at 172, which would be JUST FINE if I can keep it there through the weekend, and continue to lose next week.

Once again, though, I ate too much this morning for breakfast. Most likely because I saw that good number. (actually, it's most likely because I'm a f*cking idiot)

LOL, I did the same 5km before dinner 2.5 km after dinner, I think this is the 4th day in a row that I've done 7.5 km a day in walking, and I was up 0.2 this morning.  Sure glad I'm not worried about it, and if for some reason on sunday I am the same, or worse, I am just going to refer to it as the Biggest Loser Week 2 curse.

Well I am unofficially at my goal weight of 180.  I stepped on my scale this morning before my ride and the bar was resting right on 180. The question is can I keep it down there this weekend!

You can do it FB, great motivation to stay on track.  I am finally, finally, finally down.  0.8 - oddly enough I didn't do ANY exercise yesterday.  Back in the saddle with two walks a day again though.  I have a great stir-fry planned for dinner tonight.

ok, I am down another .8 with weigh in tomorrow.  Yippee, certainly motivation to order a better breakfast than the "special" that I normally order on my regular breakfast out with family.

2 poached eggs, dry rye toast, fruit cup.

Can't wait for tomorrow.
