Stupid early to the gym. Got there only to find there was no power. Locker room had emergency lights, pool no heat/filter, no water for showers. Knocked out a steady 2500ish. Headed to 8am PT appt smelling of chlorine. PT did ultrasound and massage, then taped my foot. I'm good to race Sunday. I have, however, found alternate races for my half ironman and full marathon, both about a month later than current races.
5 miles at lunchtime today. Even on the trail and in the shade it was hot & humid, plus I was wiped out after pounding out a hard track session last night. Slogged through and got it done though.
