15 miles this morning. 5 yesterday and 9 w/4 @ t-pace on Friday. Alex was in town so I dragged him out early this morning. Apparently he hasn't been running much but it didn't really show...

I know it's an old cliche, but you can cut the atmosphere with a cricket stump

Way to put young Alex through his paces today, RA.

Long run for me today, though only 12 since I am just ramping the distances back up. 90 and humid. DW biked with me which was nice. Kept the pace slow except for mile 10 when I stepped it up to MP before dialing it back for a "cool down" jog in the final 2. Basically just happy to get this one done.

Nice job today RA and Hawk.

I spent the day at church and watching the olympics.  I can't wait until next sunday to see how the womens marathon turns out.  It should be a fun two weeks.
