Morning Kevin and good job on the 200s.
I had hoped to resume my morning swim routine today but last night's attempt at sleeping was an utter fiasco. Finally at 3:30 am I got up and shut the alarm set for 5 am to the off position. Finally fell asleep around 4, woke up groggy as **** at 7. So not only did I miss the swim but now I get to stumble through the day on 3 hours of sleep.
So probably a rest day today.
