Morning all;

Got in 6 easy miles this morning... legs tired but feel a bit better now.  Looks like I'll be pacing DW at the Chicago Rock'n'Roll half marathon tomorrow... got free entries because we know the right people.

Have a good one!

Morning RA. DW is quite the beast to do a HM after a 70.3 last weekend. I mean that as a compliment of course. wink.gif Not a big fan of the RnR series myself but good luck and happy pacing.

Off to a lazy start this AM. Watching the Tour as the two UK teammates in the lead duke it out in the final time trial. Sky is one scary team.. Wiggins, Froome, Cavendish. Wow.

Gray, wet and gloomy outside but I will get out for a quick little ride of my own after the pro riders are done. Then it's off to southern Maryland for a BBQ party.

Hawk - I have no idea why we are doing the race, other than we can do it for free.   No idea what time DW wants to run either.

Good afternoon everyone.  I did a nice litte 5k today.  Just under 22:30 and 2nd in my age group.  The pace was nice today.  I was just using it as a good fitness race.  I to believe I have a bit of room for improve though, which is a good thing.  They gave us a cool glass for just finishing the race.

RA-  Have fun with the half marathon.

hawk- enjoy whatever you decide to do.

kfuller - congrats on the hardware (or should I say stemware).  Anyway, more importantly, what was IN the glass?

RA-  Just an empty glass.  We got a waterbottle at the finish also, and that had water in it.
