Another scorcher on the way.   Looks like it'll break with a nice storm tonight.

I decided to opt out of the evening track session as I don't fancy getting all competitive in the two-person relay when it's 95F.  So, hauled myself out of bed and ran to/from the indoor track, which was nice and cool.   I had absolutely nothing in my legs.  7.5 miles w/ 8*400 at 5M pace w/ 200 recovery jogs.  Thankfully, tomorrow in an SRD.

I know it's an old cliche, but you can cut the atmosphere with a cricket stump

Yup.  Another scorcher on the way.  Trying to get stuff done before it gets stupid hot, but looks like most stuff will have to wait until this evening as it's already pretty hot.

Fishbowl this morning.  WU 500, MS 10x50, 15sec recovery, 250 kick, 5x100, 30sec recovery, 250 kick CD 500 paddles.  Seriously considering working with a coach again.  I just can't seem to get htis swim thing going.

Hot here, too. I had to be in the office early today so no time to beat the heat this morning. I have a chiro session at 5:30 then hopefully an evening brick workout. Biking won't be too bad even in 90s but the run could be quite another story.

Stay cool out there if you can.

Hawk-  I went to the chiropractor today also.  It felt good to go snap, crackle, pop.

I got in 30 minutes of walking in the pool today.  It is amazing how much it really works out your legs.

All in it's just another brick ...

12 miles or so on the hybrid bike, then a quick-paced mile plus run. Kept a 6:46 pace on the run. Not too bad at all.

Still hot & humid but waiting until temps dropped into the 80s was a good idea. 98 for the forecast high tomorrow. That may force me onto the belt tomorrow night.
