Mmmm, Mmmmmmm, good!

I made the peanut butter soup a couple years ago and I loved it ... the rest of my household seemed traumatized by the fact it had peanut butter in it and cringes at its mention ... haha ...

It's a spicy veggie soup .... the peanut butter makes it more a cream soup than a clearer broth one ...

the cauliflower walnut one was new to me ... you puree it after cooking, so it's not got much texture ... it tastes a lot like a simple potatoe soup ... with a little crunch and flavor from the walnuts ... it's alright ... I'd make it again .... but it's not too die for or anything ...

anyways ... just wanted to say they are good even if they sound a bit odd ... if anybody is interested in the recipes I can post them here or in the canteen sometime soon ...

anybody else have some out of the norm soup recipes to share?

the PRT is not somewhere to drop my morals and ethics and roll in the mud and muck and pretend those I am talking to aren't really people at all and it's alright to treat them like dirt.

Definitely post the recipes in the water stop, and put a link here, so people can find them!

I love peanut butter soup! For that matter, I love peanut butter!!! banana.gif

Due to nearby nephews with peanut allergy, we haven't had anything peanut in the house for about 12 years. sad.gif

But, when I visit my older sister, she always offers to make me a pbj sandwich. banana.gif

Unfortunately, she lives 2 hours away. sad.gif

I picked up another good soup recipe source this winter ... Taste of Home's Soup special issue ... it was out in November/December, not sure if they still have that one available ....

I'll post the recipes at the water stop ... and try to figure out how to link it here as well ... do I just copy/paste the http addy?

I'm not computer savvy ...basically the opposite of that roll_eyes.gif
