It's LONG and it's HARD

...seems like such a natural tie in.

Instead they have the Casino sponsor it. What a wasted opportunity.

See a doctor if you can't break 4 hours.

For a couple of years it was ritualistic. Stay at the Flamingo Motel.... Run the race in rain. Get tripped at the finish line and never see JC again.

I ran the course twice. Once in the marathon and twice in the HM. That makes two doesn't it?

I had to...didn't know where I would get tigger and hope for just one more night at the Flamingo.

JohnnyB I've run Niagara 8 times (usually the half). It doesn't rain every year...but it sure has all 8 times I've run it.

...and going into that wind may seem "up the Niagara" but it really does flow down.

My running buddy wants to do Toronto the week before but I'm in Florida that weekend so I guess it's out with the ponchos and on to Niagara.

If you are picking a month to come to Ontario, March ought to be your 12th pick.
