anyone know where we should report these?

I did a google on the number and found a lot of people complaining about the same number....it's pissing me off

besides, at least once a week I get an automated call from a creditor looking for Raphael Rodriguez, it says do not stay on the phone if you are not him, however, because I don't, they freaking keep calling!!!!!!!!

I think I used the Do Not Call website. Trust me. I'm a bitch. I report!

Creditors... Such a pain in the azz! At our old house we got the number of a deadbeat. It took TWO YEARS to convince creditors to go away!

I'ld start here
https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx

I signed up for this last month, they said give a month to "kick in".
In the last 2 weeks my BS calls have gone from ~half dozen everyday down to zero.

Somehow our number has been circulating and every solicitor has been dialing at inopportune times to sell me something.

I think I may need to fake being abusive and mean.

No need to be abusive or mean. Just say "Thanks, I'm not interested", and hang up.

I always do that first.

however, the RNC was calling every night (and unfornuately cannot be on DNC list)

interesting though, they'd hang up on me sometimes:

foxy: "hello"

RNC: on a scale of 1 to 10, how bad do you think it'd be if Clinton were president?

foxy: so 10 is really bad?

RNC: yes

foxy: put me down for 1.

foxy: hello? hello?

Worse yet, I was getting automated messages. I computer would call me several times a day from various credit companies. Even if you answer the phone, it just gives you a number to call them back. Even if I was interested in their service I would undoubtedly be put on hold for quite a while. I thankfully have been removed from their list (fingers crossed). This seem to be how most understaffed companies operate anymore, from my experience.
