Good Sunday Morning!

Good morning! I survived the day at work with DD yesterday. She passed out asleep on the way home! It was a really busy day. She was pretty good and was my "assistant" and everyone seemed ok with her there.

Breakfast out with my aunt in uncle who are in from NYC and then we will be out near my cousin's (from the other side of the family) and visit them. She has two kids, one DD's age, and we never get together. We suck. LOL.

Meri,
Yay to your lovely and talented assistant! biggrin.gif
Enjoy the time with family today.

Another sunny day on tap. The sun in March is so much nicer...higher in the sky, longer daylight hours, etc.
I'll attempt a plod on the TM, then snowshoeing later.

Bob is gone all day today. Woot! He's out with a couple of buddies being a rail fan in Iowa.
Taking pix of trains is one of his passions.
I love when he's gone. Seriously. I can get so much done without him underfoot, like a kid or a dog. Hahahahaha. Retired old men are a pain, eh? wink.gif

The weatherman is calling for 5+" of snow on Tuesday....even *I* am getting tired of this, and would like to move on to spring. rolleyes.gif

Good Morning,

Cold Sunday here in Florida.  I gotta get to work on my taxes.  That is about all I have going on today.

Have a good one!

Woke up, no new snow!  Yippee!!!  Lots of work to do getting ready for report cards.

Meri, do your cousins live on the other side of the city?  Sometimes the other side, just seems so far away...and I am in a pretty small sized city.

Howdy, Dawn!
What grade are you teaching? Full-time?
Good to see you checking in here. cool.gif

Five hideously torturous miles done on the TM.
My legs were totally out of gas from yesterday.
Oy.

Sorry I haven't been keeping up.  Life has been happening.  I've been reading, just not posting....

Managed to slog out 3 on the dreadmill yesterday.  Hours that is.  Actually went pretty well.  Had the incline up to start.  It was really tough and I promised I'd decrease after 30mins.  Well, that wasn't too bad, how 'bout another 15mins.  And another.  Finally leveled it out around 2:30.  Whooped when I was done.  I did have one porty stop at 1:30.  And I hopped off briefly to swap out CDs.

Today was fishbowl first thing.  Kinda a PITA because they had life guard training going on.  Uh, did anyone THINK about timing here?!  At 7am on Sunday allll lanes are taken.  Every week.  And frankly, based on size/shape of these "life guards", I'm not sure I'd trust them with my life!  Judging, yah, but seriously?!?!?  Anyway, slogged out a lazy 3000m.

Need to bake communion bread this afternoon since I didn't get it done yesterday.  And a nap is on tap.

90% ends in 4 weeks.  Maternity leave.  Then who knows what life will bring.  I am looking into library sciences.  I check in everyday, I just don't post.  I am not running or exercising.  I am trying to lose some weight but just can't get motivated to get my butt off of the couch.  You guys are all doing so well.   I am jealous.

Yes the cousins live about an hour away. We never ever see them. We are all making an effort now that the kids are growing up.

Your maternity leave?

ACK Gosh no!!  I was in for a person on Mat leave, but she has decided to take the rest of the school year as unpaid leave so I do not end in 4 weeks, and am once again employed until June.  Yippee!!!
