Saturday March 2 - workouts!

Good morning!

3000m with Leo and Mia this AM. Another tough one:
Main set was:
2x/100 10sec R
2x200 20sec R
2x300 20sec R
400 pull
300 fast
200 fast
100 fast
Middle longer sets almost killed me but I survived. Last 100 was 1:37 so I'm good with that.

That may be it today. Will see how the day goes.

9 miles! First 3 were outside, decided it was too icy and rather than risk injury I did the remaining 6 inside. All in all I'm happy with the run. smile.gif

2200 yard swim for me this morning as-

 

300 warm-up

50 yds water polo; 50 yds wide arm stroke (x 2)

3 x 500 with 1:30 ri

4 x 25 no breath

100 cool down

 

Went and did some shopping.  Contemplating a bike ride.  And at some point I'm taking Rex out for a one mile run!

1 hour on the bike then PT work.  Niece #1 is home for spring berak so she came over for elliptical use and company and I walked on TM beside her for an hour talking.  We then did a killer ab workout.  FIB making dinner together and watching Ted.  A great day spent with a great kid.  Truly blessed.
