Good Monday Morning

Good Morning,

 Ride is done, and a 1 Mile run is done.  No pain in the achilles but my quads and hammy's are still yelling at me from Friday night.  

 

Mental Health day for me today.  Going to spend it with Mrs. Boiler as we go down to St. Augustine for part of the day.

Typical "mom was gone over the weekend" stuff for me to do today.  Super zonked after yesterday's race.  Got home, showered and decided to lie down for "just a minute".  Needed to leave for church at 4:30.  I woke at 5:00.  Ops...  Called ahead to tell them that I did have the communion bread but was running late.  It all worked out.  AND I was able to get rid of the extra case of bananas that was left over after the race.
