I have sent a running schedule to your AKO accounts. It is a generic schedule to try to get us all running at least 18 miles per week by 13 weeks. When we log in our progress on this thread; we only need to state the week and day we are on and all will know what you did by the schedule. For example: Week 1 day 3. Did the run outside and had problems with hills. Good Luck! SGT Newell
