http://www.sealfit.com (I have the 8 week pre-camp book in PDF format that I can "lend" to anyone who asks. Not only is it packed with workouts but it has even more on lifestyle and mental toughness. I think it should be required reading for all Soldiers in addition to all recruits being forced to watch Restrepo before they sign their contract, but I won't go into that rant.)
