I am not getting any response from our unit yet.  I'll start a check in here. 

 

Today, I am scheduled to do an easy 4 miler.  Not sure when it'll get done.  I have the little one while the wife is at school.

 

MaryJoe, welcome to the club.  Looks like you are the first.  You'll find a lot of resources within Kickrunners.  Let me know if you need help.

Hey, I am glad to make it here.  Good Luck on your 4 miler today.  I am working towards those endurnace runs.  I am scheduled to do 3 miles today and looking forward to it.  Good luck and let me know how it goes.  SSG S
