i bread mine by dredging in salt and cayenne pepper, egg, flour (2x). then fry in corn oil. drain on brown paper bags.
chop up some cabbage, cilantro, and onion.
slice up 2 or 3 limes (into wedges).
heat some corn tortillas in the oven.
in each tortilla, plop some fish, cilantro, onion, cabbage. squeeze a lime wedge over the top. presto.
